Aims and Scope

Jatiswara is a peer-review journal published by Faculty of Law, University of Mataram. Jatiswara is an Indonesian Journal of Law, as a communication forum in theoretical studies and legal application which contained articles in law. The aim of this journal is to provide a medum for academia, researcher and practitioner in publishing their original article or article review.

Scope of articles which published in Jatiswara is vary topics in criminal law, private law, international law, constitutional law, administrative law, Islamic law, economy law, health law, indigenous law, environmental law and others contemporary legal areas.
Article is considered to be publish in the form of research or other scientific simulation which not been published or under consideration to be published in another journal. Jatiswara is published three times a year, are in March, July and November. Journal provide open access directly to the content based on principle of freely available research for public to support the greater exchange of knowledges.

Contained of articles which discuss varies topic of law, for instance criminal law, international law, constitutional law, administrative law, Islamic law, economy law, health law, indigenous law, environmental law, and other current contemporary legal issues.

Publication Ethics
Publish an article in peer-review journal as Jatiswara is an important development in enlarging network of coherent and respected knowledge. This is a direct reflection of author work quality and their supported institution. Peer-review article supporting and realizing scientific method. Thus, it is important to agreed ethical behavior standard which is expected for all parties that involve in publication: author, journal editor, reviewer, publisher, and society.

Faculty of Law, University of Mataram as Jatiswara publisher carry out guardianship task on all steps of publication and recognize behavior and other ethical responsibility. We are committed to ensure that advertisement, reprinted or other commercial values will not harm or influence editor decision. In addition, Faculty of Law University of Mataram and Jatiswara Editorial Board will help with communication with other journals and/or publishers in which this matter is considered as useful and necessary.
